The newest addition in Hyphen’s innovative activity is the company’s Software Intelligence Lab (SIL). Utilizing the most advanced IT solutions and web-based applications, SIL covers the specialized needs of companies of all sizes and capacities, primarily through the development of customized software for start-ups. Resourced with technology market experts, SIL incorporates innovation and experience, in order to design and build integrated software solutions at every level. The department specializes in the design, construction and maintenance of Web 2.0 applications, such as web and mobile; AI, Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics technologies; and reconstruction of old (legacy) software systems. One of SIL’s competitive advantages is the in-depth expertise in the design and construction of innovative blockchain applications in public or private networks, which allows companies to attribute credibility to their reputation. Used for logistics and production lines, blockchain applications enable enterprises to have transparent and certified policies, integrating data from all stages of processes into a blockchain network. Blockchain technology is also useful for digital contractual activity. Contracts are submitted to a blockchain network, and remain there without the possibility of being overridden, except with the consent of all parties. Moreover, organizations can protect their services and policies from forgery. A prime example is the issuing of certificates and diplomas. Indeed, blockchain technology allows for the instant authenticity verification.
