Hyphen SA kick-starts ROIEDU Global Skills, one of its most prominent international training courses for youth leadership. The course commences next month (in December 2021) and will last until May 2022. ROIEDU Global Skills is addressed to individuals preparing to enter the workforce, and those striving to internationalize their professional potential. It is conducted exclusively in English and develops technical skills, through the experience of large international business groups, as well as communication and intercultural understanding skills. This year, 12 young people aged 16-26 will participate in the program, who have been selected through strict criteria after relevant interviews by the creator of ROIEDU Global Skills and President of hyphen SA, Mr. Yannis Stergis. This particular programme may result in the set-up for a spin-off company by Hyphen SA, while it secures credits for the continuation of the educational process in selected universities. Furthermore, it constitutes the basis for the training course “Train the Skills Trainer”, which aims at creating certified trainers for the skills of the future of work; it addresses career advisors and consultants, mental health experts and educators. The induction session of this year’s ROIEDU Global Skills will take place on 27th November, at the Lifelong Learning Centre in Hyphen SA`s premises, in Thessaloniki. The participants have been offered a scholarship which will cover the semester-long duration of the course. The programme is supported by an e-learning educational platform, is taught through the flipped classroom methodology, and its focus includes but is not limited to, productivity, Start-up infrastructure, presentation skills, business strategies, etc. Physical presence delivery will be organised and completed on par with all health regulations related to the pandemic.
