Hyphen SA and Interview are launching a multilevel collaboration aimed at exploring, capturing and documenting the future of work with an emphasis on the conditions that will prevail in the post-pandemic landscape. The two enterprises signed a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the framework for their exchange of know-how and services. The primary aim of this synergy is the creation of a Labor Market Measurement and Evaluation Index - a statistical tool that will research certain critical parameters and variables for all changes in the work at regular intervals. The index will be addressed to both general and specific research panels, either nationwide or regionally, while it will systematically record the evolution of issues such as technological unemployment, telework, work travel due to the pandemic, the creation of new professional fields of work, etc. This is the first such endeavour to take place in Greece. The collaboration between the two companies will be extended to market research, focusing, among other things, on issues of business development, as well as management and training of human resources, communication, etc. The first survey of the Labor Market Measurement and Evaluation Index is expected to be released at the end of January/beginning of February. Interview was founded in 2002, with headquarters in Thessaloniki, and conducts survey and market research on a national scale. Its aim has always been to render survey and market research an accessible tool to every business and to public or private sector. The company applies the ICC/ESOMAR code of conduct for carrying out and publishing opinion polls and is a member of WAPOR.
